Right now I am trying to get a baseline for what I am eating and hit my target macronutrient breakdowns. Adjusting to eating more protein may pose as challenging. I am also working some strange overtime at work which is compromsing my workout schedule. So I am hoping to form some better habits for when I am ready to go at full speed in August. I also want to get some of my common meals into here for easy use.

I have done a lot of reading and the below goals are my initial target. I will have to try it and see how my energy feels before making any alterations. I want to build muscle while losing some fat.

Start:
Weight 135 lbs
Body Fat 26%
Muscle 36%

Goals:
Weight I do not care, but essential to track to know if you are losing fat or muscle.
Body Fat 18%
Maintain/Build Muscle

Food requirements:
162g protein/day = 648 kcal
135g carbs/day = 540 kcal
27g fat/day = 243 kcal

Total Calories of 1431 kcal/day
