I'm here, ready to loose this weight!
I'm finally understanding the difference between a 'diet' and a 'lifestyle change' and realize I have to make these 'lifestyle changes' now before my habits get any worse and harder to change.
My goal...the best of all would be to wear the cute 2-piece I bought for a cruise in October (it's hanging on my armoir as my motivation). I have dieted and lost weight before but have never been past the 'PLATEAU.' Scary word. I always thought it was just an excuse not to push one's self further to reaching their ultimate weight loss goal, but I realize it seems to be a reality.
I will beat it.
