No meat for a week to see what happens with my weight if I see a significant change I might stick to cutting of meat. As of Friday no pasta, meat, or mayonnaise cutting this three out can make a significant difference. Cafeteria food just got less interesting but I think I can manage. Other tips: stick to 40 calorie wheat bread and a small bowl of cereal instead of desert. I am looking forward to being 140 by graduation in less than a month!!!

I am really bummed about having gained roughly twenty pounds in a matter of months. I used to weigh 134!! Today I felt tired so I only did 50 minutes in the elliptical instead of my usual hour and 20 including the exercise machine. I spoke to a nutritionist yesterday and she told me that it was better to try and lose weight slowly. So no crash diets and no oxyelite pro particularly because I'm on medication.
