It's funny how weight can sneak up on you if you don't pay attention to it. I started college in 1999 about 165 pounds. Gained the Freshmen 15. And it kept going from there until I reached 230 pounds. I finally took notice 10 years later in 2009 and I got the weight down to 200. For the last couple of years I have remained at the 200-220 level. Now that is not good enough. I want to relive history and get back to my pre college range. I joined Fat Secret and learned alot about dieting and exercising and how to effectively mix the two. Being a member of Fat Secret for has allowed me to lose weight effieciently but I have never been consistent. That is until now. See my goal is to lose all the weight I gained since I have entered college by time I get married. That date is Sept 22 and now is the time I change my lifestyle once and for all. I have two monnikers I live by that motivates me to do this. First one is "Being Fat is Hard, Losing weight is hard. Choose your hard". The next one is " It takes more time to put on weight than it takes to lose it." Case and point has taken me 10 years to put on 65 pounds. It is going to take me 1 year to lose it and more. I am ready for the new me.
