My name is Ricki, i'm 24 years old and live in SOUTH TEXAS.
This is the biggest i have ever been in my life i think and its very depressing. I thought about going back to the weightwatcher meetings but its too much money. When i found this website it was like a sign for me! Its almost the exact same as etools on ww. I'm currently an office manager and all i do pretty much is sit at my desk and the only exercise i get at work is when i make copies or fax paperwork. I love baking and cooking so i know this will be fun!
I departed ways from fatsecret about 123 days ago(according to my weigh history :] ) BUT i am back!! I'm more motivated than i've ever been, and this time i will lose the weight!!! I needed a support group, and what other better support group than my buddies on fatsecret!!!

Points When Pregnant
yes, you would substitute your 2 points for being female with 12 points. then if the rest of your activity has not changed, like your age, weight so forth then it stays the same.

Points When Pregnant
hello!Smile
well i'm looking at my weightwatcher starter book, and on the survey where you calcualte your points, for nursing mom it says 12 points! So instead of using your typical female points, you will substitute in 12 points for being a nursing mother. congrats on being pregnant melle!!
