This is my first journal entry, I was stuck at 230lbs for over three months before I started following a LCHF lifestyle. I say lifestyle because when I made the change and decided to adopt this way of eating it wasn't something I looked at as a quick fix or something temporary, because a diet based on ketosis takes a long time and you must be patient. Since I started eating LCHF about one month ago I have lost about 10lbs. which was starting to seem impossible while eating carbohydrates. I feel great and have very little hunger, I even feel stronger at the gym, never bloated and my natural energy levels are up.
