Should really eat at least half of my exercise calories, but I am stuffed.
10 miles on the bike this morning, feeling a lot fitter and backside getting hardened to that saddle.

500 cal fast today.
Ended up using 711 calories, but not too bad. Good choices, and carbs about right for me. Passing water a lot which means its working as I only drink when I'm thirsty. Best of all, not hungry!
