DH has been in and out of the hospital all week. 4 times total. So my eating hasn't been on target and I did not get any gym time last week. Hey if its only 2lbs, I'll take it bc its been a LONG few days.DH has surgery scheduled for Friday so just trying hard to get back on track. Gym out of the way today and brought a huge bag of groceries with "allowed" foods. I also laid out my gym clothes for the week and bought a new water bottle. Im not gonna stop trying.. not matter what life throws my way!

Im feeling absolutely horrible today. I have a meeting at work and I was getting ready to leave this morning and DH made a comment about the shoes I was wearing which totally set me off and made me feel so insecure to the point that I changed shoes. It wasn't even a bad comment, more like are those gonna be comfortable since they are new. Then at work someone commented that I was breathing heavy.. and that made me feel even more fat.. For the record, I was in the warehouse setting equipment out (I am an hvac installation coordinator). I have been struggling with my self esteem since I gained this weight back and today was just a low blow for me. Its like Im trying my best and when I finally feel good about myself, I let someone else's comments or opinion bother me..
