First week on plan was very difficult but, had some health issues, headaches then got a slight cold. I actually started on the 9th but this site has me down as the 11 as that is the day I signed on. Feeling really good, but alot is from water, I was really bloated from my medications and now can finally get my rings back on. I am pushing myself to try more recipes and use spices, I really miss salt.

Does anyone have a source on the internet that tells how to use spices. Not using salt has been difficult but I don't know how to use spices very well. I made the turkey meatloaf last night the way the recipe called for but it could have used something else.

Started the FFD on Friday when I was home, two days later am back to work, am worried about being prepared to eat at work. They have so little I can eat in the cafeteria. I just have to stay prepared.
