Does anyone have a source on the internet that tells how to use spices. Not using salt has been difficult but I don't know how to use spices very well. I made the turkey meatloaf last night the way the recipe called for but it could have used something else.

Go to the Fat Flush Forum (Ann Louise.com) and search on recipes. There are some unlimited spices for each of the Phases. Yummy!

the cayenne pepper is a great spice for the fat flush deit, but use very little unless you like it hot. I also use lemon on my veggies it gives the flovor and you dont iss the salt as much.

thanks, I seem to be a bit lost on the Forum. I put in recipes under search and it took me somewhere I had a hard time navigating.
