Hmm, it is a little suspicious that the scale seems to always be XXX.6 - I can't seem to shake the .6 pound!
Day 3 on the 14-day challenge with Bright Light Eating. I look forward to watching Susan Peirce Thompson's video every day and have been reading a ton on all materials from the BLE site and everything else on 'Food Addiction'. I am absolutely certain 110% that this is what I have been struggling with and never quite got the sugar/flour connection - until now. It has changed my life.
A friend asked me yesterday "so you can't eat cake (my absolute favourite sweet) ever again". That is daunting to think. But I have to remind myself that for that one glorious moment of eating it, will leave me with struggling afterwards and I know it isn't worth it. I also too know to only think of today/this moment and make choices only that far in advance.
Feeling GOOD.

Hmmm, feeling anxious today. And realized that 99% of that is coming from my little weight gain. I've never felt stronger - I'm over 30 days w/o flour and sugar. Just started following the Bright Line Eating - going to do the 14-day challenge. Measuring food will be something I haven't been doing the last couple of weeks. Here I go!
