YAY! FINALLY I hit the below 150# mark. Sweet! Day 3 on the Bright Line Eating Boot Camp. So much materials to read, watch and participate in - it keeps me progressing forward. The cravings are getting less and less AND vegetables taste really GOOD to me now. Retraining the brain and the tastebuds, one day at a time (ODAT).

Overall feel ok about the 1.2 lb. increase. I stuck with my eating but did have wine at two different events over the w/e. I was prepared for it. Would really like to see the scale register below 150 though. Feel like I've been stagnant. But one day at a time - sometimes, one hour at a time.
