Nice to see I'm in a new color! Yay!
Had more carbs than usual yesterday (still under 20 net) and my protein was a little high. Going back to my old standard menu today.
It's the last week of school for the kiddos and less than two weeks til we're in (hot hott HOT) Disney!

I was able to eat a little bit yesterday. A burger patty, a coffee with HWC, a few nuts, some olives. Not the best things, but I started feeling better after eating the burger. Hoping today I will continue to improve.

Recital went well. Had a crazy storm between shows, went to get some dinner and just as we were ordering, the power went out.
So no dinner & no time to go elsewhere. Just went back to the concert hall & got some food for my daughter from concessions. I ended up eating nothing yesterday except water & a few tortilla chips. I still wasn't feeling well from Friday.
I'm sure once I'm back on my normal schedule, I'll get some of that weight back.
The shows went great, though!

That's a big loss for a day! But I was running around quite a bit yesterday at rehearsal, more to come today with two shows this afternoon/evening!

Woke up with my stomach unhappy with me. No need for details, but I've got to suck it up and work through it, I've got a long night tonight & long day/night tomorrow.
