Did my first big grocery shop since i started this journey almost 2 weeks ago, and WOW! I cant remember the last time I saw so many fresh ingredients in my cart! Quite eye opening! Got plenty of foods to meal prep for the week, and fresh healthy snacks, nothing processed :) Soon I plan to have all processed JUNK out of my cabinets, gotta get boobie off of junk snacks and on the fruits and veggies. Going to be a GREAT weekend and new week! :)

Yesterday was DEFINITELY just an isolated event! Today I am full of energy, I ate great and am ready to hit the pool for some laps! Its a good Friday :)

I didn't hit the gym today :( im am sooooo tired for some reason..just no energy at all...perhaps its because of my food choice today..didn't eat very well today. THATS OK! on to tomorrow! tomorrows exercise will be laps then im going grocery shopping. I fell but im getting up!

So im totally doing a "taboo" lately....not eating much at all. Im not doing it purposely im just not hungry...and as ive said before I don't eat if im not hungry. I cant do the 5-6 small meals a day because then I feel like im always thinking about food...and I don't wanna be thinking about food...I wanna think about work, hitting the gym after work, and spending time with boobie when I get home. Food is the last thing on my mind and I only eat when im hungy and I thank GOD im barely hungry these days. Definitely hoping my stomach will start to shrink, after all it is a muscle right? the more you feed it the more it stretches...the less you feed it the more itll shrink. Definitely hoping that's the case :)Ready to hit the gym and go harder than yesterday, then tomorrow its off to the pool with boobie...finally got her a new floaty so she can be safely swimming while I do laps :)
