I am a 36 Year old Wife and Mother of 2. I had thyroid radiation about 12 years ago and have struggled with my weight ever since. I am preparing for Bariatric Surgery, but would really LOVE to have a good weight loss start on my own and get in the habit of eating healthy and feeling better!
