Question for GYM RATS
Gym 4 to 5 days a week.
Day 1: 10 min cardio/Weights 1 Hr /10 min cardio cool down
Day 2: Cardio/atleast 30 mins/ No weights
Day 3: Repeat Day 1
Day 4: Cardio
Day 5: Repeat Day 1
Day 6: Cardio
Day 7: Restday

Cardio days so you dont get bored changed your routine,Elliptical or Row Machine, or Stairs. Or Try 10 mins of each. Try not to get bored.
