Booo.. I've been cheating a bit. I've been eating some bread (on chicken sandwich) and a small amount of pasta (in 1/2 chopped salad). GAINED 1 POUND. But also, I've been working with weights so maybe some of that weight is muscle mass.

A little apprehensive about losing .7 lbs overnight. My target was 125 & now I weight 124.3. I will try to increase my calories more today, just not sure what group to 'up' though - fats, proteins, carbs? Any suggestions????
