Calorie help
I created a soup last night with the following ingredients. How do I calculate the calories and other nutritional information? Please help. I need to enter these details in my food diary.

Ingredients:
Fresh Garlic - 10 pieces
Fresh Ginger - 1 small piece
Onions - 2 medium size
Broccoli - 2 medium size
Cauliflower - 1 small size
Button Mushrooms - 10 pieces
Frozen Chopped spinach - 250gms
Fresh Basil leaves - 5 leaves
Fresh Whole chicken (skinless with bone) - 1.5 kgs
Cooking Salt - 1.5 tablespoons
Oregano flakes - 1/2 teaspoon

Cooking Method:
- Cut all into small pieces and put in pressure cooker
- Add 3 cups of water
- Cook in medium flame and leave for 10 to 12 pressure whistles.
- Once done, remove from flame and blend using blender.
- Soup ready. Add some oregano flakes for seasoning. That's it.
