So good to be back! Survived my parent's three-day'due diligence' visit which involved lots of wining and dining and enjoying sun-sea-sights. I think I've put on and I have knowingly busted my ketosis. Today still eating carbs, but tomorrow will be back on track for good (again :)

survived the two days of intermittent fasting on just 500 kcal a day. Exercised this afternoon with HIIT and showed great results, no fatigue. Back to my LC/HF plan. This morning I've baked some cheese-coconut flour puffs, some they came out just divine, also made some cheese and almond meal crackers all low carb, high fat! Soo cool!

Hi, hope you all doing great!
On my second day of 5:2 intermittent fasting - got inspiration from one of FS members! Such a great example! Going well, so far :) Walking in the countryside later on when the sun sets a bit.
