I've gotten much better with drinking water. I'm averaging 8 glasses a day now...well between yesterday and today. Hope this helps as they say it does...all i can think of is the water staying in me!!!

Today was a good day overall. Really pumped it up with focus on weight training for the upper arms. I'm know I'm going to pay in the morning. I definately want to incorporate this routine into daily. I am so determined to have toned upper arms by summer!!!

Really struggling today...not so much physically but emotionally. I am an emotional eater. My ex and I split up 2 mths ago. He was cheating and moved right in with his girlfriend. Recently, the kids went for a visit and my oldest had a ton to tell me. Needless to say, I'm feeling very depressed and down on myself. I definately want to keep going on the diet and am motivated in my exercising. I'm just really struggling with letting go of my feelings and trying to control my natural instinct to just eat a cow!!!!

started my 100 miles in 100 days challenge...very cold outside today so I bundled the two kids and went for the walk pushing that huge stroller!! we are supposed to get 4-6" of snow tomorrow into wed so i wasn't sure if i'd be able to walk those days. so today, i walked 2.6 miles:)
