I've pretty much struggled with my weight since I was a teenager. Like most!! I've had four children and my weight has gone up and down on the scales. I've decided it was time to make a change before I reached 200lbs. In the past 10 years, I've had four children. There ages are 11, 5, 3 and 21mths. I am newly single and was feeling really depressed and bad about my self image. So here I am. I love this site for the challenges, receipes and inspiration from many!!
