Need to get back on track with my exercising. My time of the month and cramping has caused me to not work out. Definately doing my cardio and weight training today...i don't care how tired i may be!!! no more excuses!!!

Yesterday was a really bad day. I stayed within calories but didn't exercise. I really had to force myself to eat & drink water. Emotionally depressed, angry & hurt. When I'm upset, my anxiety goes right to my stomach and then I cannot eat. Some might think that's a good thing but I know that's not healthy and then my body attacks and turns whatever I eat into fat. Really trying to stay positive today and not let others comments about me, fester and rent space in my head.
Not today...it's a new day:)

My sister is dropping off a workout video today...can't wait to try it tonight when the kids are asleep!!! Hopefully, I have the energy to do it!! Stayed up late last night only giving myself 4 1/2 hours of sleep...really can't do that anymore.

So today was my day of "rest" as far as exercise goes...and although my body needs it, i'm feeling really lazy! i guess that's a good thing, considering a week ago i wasn't doing anything physical!!!
