Day 2 of track my macro's. I don't think I could eat another bite today. Didn't go over my daily limit.
My daily goal is
* 1715 kcal Goal, a 25% deficit. (802 min, 2286 max)
* 25g Carbohydrates
* 108g Protein (81g min, 134g max)
* 131g Fat (30g min, 194g max)
It will be interesting what my next weigh in will be .

Been on the low carb keto diet for 4 days wasn't losing any weight So I decided to track my macro's. No I should do better with the weight loss. When I do this diet I always am successful and always reach my goal and some. Best part of this program beside's the fat loss is I never feel hungry. I record my gym workout but don't eat more then my daily macro's. I keep track of macro's and don't count calories.
