That is starvation mode..1000-1200 calories. Extremely unhealthy. Body will start cannibalizing itself. And it won't be body fat but muscle..be careful of some of the advice you get on here, well meant I'm sure but way to extreme..

You need to add more protein to your diet..Count your Macro's Rule of thumb but not etched in stone 70% fat 20% protein 10% net carbs. I also would hold back on the Brussels till you are losing and are keto adapted stick with the leafy veg's with high fiber grams. Find out what your macro's are and weigh and log every bite..Here is a free keto calculater that will do all the math for you.

How do I complete my day
Is there a way to complete my previous day..today when I log out it is coming up on Oct 31 even though I'm on todays log when I log out then relog back in it is back on Oct 31
