I am 42 married to a wonderful man, have a 25 yr old daughter and two beautiful grandkids,Daven and layken, they are the reason I want to be healthy, I want to be around for them for a long time, and I am also a diabetic, which I am hoping to reverse. I am a grneral manager for a retail store, so I have alot of stress, but my biggest problem is I am a food addict, food is everything to me, I use it for everything, happiness, saddness, fear, stress,to feel good.

well I am thinking about trying the you on a diet, I need to lose weight and get healhty, I am diabetic and want to reverse it...and I am just so tired of being sick and tired..I want to be healthy and feel good, more energy and less pain. anyone who has any advise for a food addict, please feel free to type away.
