I have SPD so I'm drawn to all kinds of food cravings as a way to soothe my nerves, usually crunchy things or noodles. I garden vigorously and grow a lot of my own food. I also like to clean and cook. I run a baking business out of home but don't actually like too much of what I sell (I'm not a sweets person most of the time) so I'm not worried about binging on my products. I hope to lose enough weight to get rid of my diabetes and also eat fewer things that make me sick such as lactose, gluten, fish, and sugar. Problem is, I love cheese, bread, pasta, seafood, and frozen yogurt >n<
