I am working on my diet, but admit that I am not following it very well. Alot of stress in my life right now and I feel like I don't have enough energy to plan, cook, etc. But, am using Healthy Choice meals for my lunches and oatmeal for breakfast to fill me up. I need to work on stress eating though.
