Going out with a bunch of friends today to do some exploring. Will be gone all day so I hope to get some walking in today. I know I have to increase my activity level. I also will have to go and purchase a scale so I can chart my progress.

Today I went just over 1500 calories, trying to keep it under so I need to do better tomorrow, which is going to be hard since I am going out for lunch.
