i had a big dinner. 2 plates of rice and chicken. Im fatso.

i was good yesterday. I added up my past 3 day totals and im at 2900 calories. Theoretically, I could lose one pound if i do well today. But i wanna do better than one pound. I wanna lose multiple pounds. I figure if i keep this up for 10 weeks i could lose 10 pounds. make sense. I'll try to keep this diet up until the end of April.

I was upset yesterday that i intook 1500 calories. Looks like i have to cut down on some of the things that I eat. I'll try harder today.

I've actually been dieting for a couple of days now, but I needed a website to record whatever I was doing and this website got mentioned in TIME magazine, so I figured I would try it out.
