Okay, so I have been cutting back on my sugars, and alos on food intake. Yesterday I splurged a bit with two cookies though. This morning was ruff, I was really tired and I keep thinking today I have to go and work out. I Have gone the past two weekends both Sat and Sun but now I need to incorporate it in to my week somehow. I will start by going this Wed. I have so far lost a total of 3 pounds and Started at 163, this is weight I gained after my first weekend of working out, so to me this really means that I have only lost what I actually gained. But Im still positive, and weight lost is good weight. So know I leave you today at 160lbs, and Praying that when I step on the scale today its at least 159. hehe
