Day two. Hungry and a bit weak, but all went well. I really enjoyed the weight watchers mexican casserole. Yummy. Im trying to hold off on going back for seconds even though I am still allowed about 400 more calories. Im shooting for the first week staying around the 1100 mark...
Exercise was tough today. My lungs felt as though they could not get any air, as if they were stiff. I need to stick with it to get back in shape..

Today was day one of Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. I started it this summer, but half way through July after about an 8 lb loss, I got bored and got off the wagon. I started today on Level II, kicked my butt by the way. I have two fears with this life style change that I need so badly. Will I be able to stay sober and maintain not only my diet, but also my exercise plan? Will I have enough time throughout the day and the will power to keep this up?
