I am 48 years old. I gained about 50 pounds in the past two years. I have felt very fatigued and have even had some hair loss. Turns out I was Vit D deficient, in menopause, and had a hypoactive thyroid. Hopefully as I take vitamins and meds to treat those conditions, I will start feeling better and more energetic. I have 2 grown children. I am single and would like to look and feel better for that next phase of my life.
