I am married to a wonderful man who is very supportive with 3 beautiful children, but I've only been pregnant twice LOL! I started my lifestyle change about 8 months after having my twins because I wanted to be a fit mum and the fact that I'm an emergency nurse whereby i exert alot of physical activity, I needed to be in great shape.
So far to date I have lost 24.6kg by doing Bodytrim and by following the Michelle Bridges Crunchtime book fitness schedule and had great results in regards to not only my physique,but strength and cardiovascular fitness as well as improvements in my mentality and moods.
At work I have started a fitness group and so far we have small numbers but I am trying to encourage more people to get into it because I have had so many positve changes from looking after myself with regards to exercising an hour a day, and eating like I'm a type 2 diabetic and I really want to pay it forward to others as well as motivate others, because once I started everything started to become easier to handle every aspect of my life!
