Well my weight was higher but I managed to get it down a few pounds. Bad choices, no exercise and very little water... I know what I did wrong.
After events that happened this weekend, my family needs to start eating no processed foods. I have no idea how to start this or what plan to follow. It's not a gluten problem but we both have health issues that will benefit from clean eating.
Any advice out there?

Finally did a workout on my eliptical! I did 20 minutes to start with and low resistance....feel pretty good.
I need to start training for my 5K in August so I better continue working out!
