well I'm back down to 204.4 so I don't know what happened before, anyways summer is coming. I'm doing more exercise now, so the hunt is still on!

My hunt for abs
so guys... sad to say, life has kinda gotten in the way and slowed me down (new job) but I am working in a warehouse though so it is a good work out. but I need to eat more to make it through the day.... anyhow I gained 4 pounds but I think alot was muscle (I hope). but anyway this will be a long road, atleast until the snow goes away..... Pics.........vvv..... I dont feel fatter, but I dunno you can judge...

50 lbs Down!!!!
I believe its 1 gram of protein per pound of lean body mass not body weight... just sayin. Anyway good job OP!

My hunt for abs
I thought it may help to motivate me by posting pics of my journey to abs....
something I have never had.so far I have lost 50 lbs and got down to 205 lbs..
here is day 1.
