I cheated big time last night. I went to the pub for tea and it started out well but i ended up having the potato salad and pasta salad too. Its the first time that ive cheated since i started. So ive done what the book tells you to do and get back on the horse. Today and the rest of the week im back on the induction eating plan and am planning to do more exercise than usual. The only problem is that the temperature here at the moment is 40 degrees which is about 103 F. so i think i will have to give it a miss today and go for a swim in the pool instead. I just hope i can undo the damage i did last night.

Ive been doing the wrong thing and weighing my self nearly ever day and i keep getting the same number. Sometimes it changes but not by much and usually it goes the wrong way. UP. Im getting a bit frustrated because im doing everything by the book and im still not getting anywhere. I drink lots of water i only eat what im ment to and i exercise everyday. Does anyone have any suggestions???

I dont know what happened but i didnt lose any weight this week. I did everything right or at least i think i did everything right. I guess that my body has to get use to the weight i lost last week. Im a bit disapointed but i guess thats how it works. Im looking forward to next week when i should loose. At least i didnt put on any.

Couldnt wait till tomorrow to weigh in so im a day early and im exstatic ive lost 5 pounds. How cool is that. Bring on next week

Ive taken your advice. I have been drinking lots and lots of water and im staring to feel like a fish. I guess its not that bad except that people are starting to ask why i have to go to the toilet every 45 minutes or so. But it realy helps with not feeling hungry too.
