No loss this week but thats ok. I expected that. I just have to stay positive and im sure i will lose this week. or at least thats what im telling my self.

After the big loss last week im starting to think that this weeks not going to be as big. But thats ok i expected that. I just have to stay positive and d everything right and pray that next week i start to loose again

Im so excited that its working again. Thank God for this way of life. id be lost without it. Im so happy today.
I only hope i can keep it up next week and ga a big number again.

Well ive been back doing Atkins for 3 days and ive already lost 4.5 pounds how cool is that. I nearly forgot how good this feels. Wish me luck to keep it going. Thanks for all your support.

I guess you could say that i fell off the wagon big time. Ive on a lt of weight in last few months and i hate my self for it. But ive decided to get back in to the swing of things and try again. Ive go a lot more weight to lose this time and i think its going to be hard but i have to do it beacuse i hate feeling this way. I want to feel great again.
