I am 31 years old. I joined here because I am ready to make the transformation of my life. I have been overweight since my early teens and I am now more than ever ready to make that change and be the healthy and active person I have always wanted to be. I do not have an overly physical which I am at a desk more than half my day. So here is hoping to this will work!
