57 years old lady from florida and really love this website.
Hi!i joined this website in april.i have been trying to lose weight for years but lack of discipline and blaming my weight gain on my hipotyroidism was my excuse.
January 7th,i decided to really try this time to lose the weight.I'm following a lo carb and no sugar diet and finding this website has been the best thing for me.I keep track of everything that i eate and last mont i got the courage to join a gym so i log my exercise every day..I started with 283 pounds and i'm very proud to said that today i'm down to 234 pounds!!that's 49 pounds!!for me this is like a miracle.I know that i have still a lot to lose but this time i'm going to make it..this site keep me motivated.....
