Ok, my bad day on Saturday caught up with me on the scales today however I was on track yesterday and will be today. Moving more instead of sitting on the couch for every waking hour. It actually feels good. Can't take back Sat but I can move forward without regrets.

Blood sugars were okay (6.6) despite a bad food day yesterday. I was out with friends. Today is another day though & I am going to try to make it a good one. Uck, just calculated how bad I was yesterday. No wonder I gained weight in the past. It is so much easier to watch your calories when you make what you eat. Will not let this stop me though. Will look at the good side as I did not eat all of the fries that were served & did not eat all the baked potato either. Not good but better than when I would have polished off my plate. Today is a new day.

Another day. Blood sugars are good. Have Tai chi tonight & will practice as soon as I finish this entry. Can't find tai chi as an exercise on this site but I have seen it on others so want to include it in my activity. I know it is not a lot however it gets me up and moving and I can feel it once I am done, especially if we are practicing certain steps.
Little worried about tomorrow as we are going out for the day with friends but I am going to concentrate on today & will see what tomorrow brings.
Tomorrow is also the first day of my first challenge. Will definitely be a challenge with going out for the day but will do what I can.

Blood sugars good again. Was in a very down mood this morning. A lot going on in my personal life however I prayed and feel better now. Got on the scales & still down so decided to weigh in to help me feel better so that I will not give in to temptation. Went to the grocery store to pick up some veggies yesterday and although the chips & chocolate bars were calling my name, I ignored them. IF anyone reads this, hope you have a good day.
