Another day. Blood sugars are good. Have Tai chi tonight & will practice as soon as I finish this entry. Can't find tai chi as an exercise on this site but I have seen it on others so want to include it in my activity. I know it is not a lot however it gets me up and moving and I can feel it once I am done, especially if we are practicing certain steps. Little worried about tomorrow as we are going out for the day with friends but I am going to concentrate on today & will see what tomorrow brings. Tomorrow is also the first day of my first challenge. Will definitely be a challenge with going out for the day but will do what I can.
