I have worked out for years, but never dieted very good with it, I just maintained the same weight of about 210 or so, I got in a bicycling accident and didn't workout for about 6 weeks, the beer put about twenty plus pounds on, I have lost 33 since the first of January when I signed up for fat secrets, my goal is 15 to 20 more, I feel a lot less sluggish thank God, I live in Iowa so outside work is tough in the winter but I do an airdyne 4 to 5 days a week and Bob Harper beginner's workout. My family and I joined Live healthy Iowa, in January, our team ended up 15th out of almost three hundred.
