12 week challenge, let's go gang

I just entered the 12 week challenge for 30lbs weight loss, I have lifted heavy for 30+ years so this one will be challenging. I have dropped of 33 so far since January 1st, now is the hard part so say a prayer or two for me thanks I hope someone else is out there doing this challenge namvet7275

Thank you nmporter. I looked this up and I believe to set the sensitivity it says to restart the tracker and possibly indicate you are wearing it on your opposite arm. I will try this - thank you!

Train the body and the mind will follow. Proteins first, then veggies. After a while, you will see it happens. :)

Suggestion: Add "other" for logging

Copy and paste
Has the problem sorted itself Raatamax ?. My foods I eat a lot come up on the 'most eaten' list. You can also save 'meals' that is handy.
