well... it's no secret that in the past few months I've put some weight on. around 30 pounds to be exact :/ moved in with my boyfriend, started trying all these new recipes and turning 21, which lead to more wine or beer with dinners and here I am. but since Monday, I've been back on my Atkins and have lost 3 pounds so far, so that's awesome. I also did my p90x today. just hoping that I can get back to my comfortable weight soon. starting at 265lbs almost 2 years ago and getting down to 140lbs then gettin back up to 170 has made me reaaaally want to commit this time again. it's so crazy how the pounds sneak back on and then bam none of your jeans fit haha. but this time around I will definitely pay way better attention to my habits. my boyfriend is also on this new muscle building kick (he's about 180lbs, so no weight loss for him) which has made it lots easier when cooking meals for both of us, plus he's a great workout motivator. ill try and keep everyone posted on my journey, again. wish me luck :)
