Went to a power plate class today. Oh my, is all i have to say. It wasn't the "sonic" I tried at a hotel, this was a class! Jumping jacks, squats, push ups, lunges.. all on a machine that vibrates likes crazy. It was easy to get nauseated, as the vibrations loosened toxins in the body. What a way to jump back into exercising. I'll try to finish my "Groupon" classes, then back to a routine of tapes at home and jogging.

I have a hard time sticking to one diet, as there are so many great food choices. I've decided to just have my own plan, following guidelines and recipes from several sources such at P90x (modified for women), south beach, and Mayo Clinic. My real need is to up the exercise.

today, the most i did was go to the grocery store for a few things. I made ginger/chicken noodle soup in the crock-pot. It was ok, but not a recipe I'd do again. i think i like the basic, old fashion kind, like at soup plantation. I must remember to weigh myself tomorrow morning...

Planning to begin P90x lean on Monday, November 1st. I've started and stopped P90x classic twice, and realize I need to ease in. My primary goal is fat loss right now, so classic will have to wait. I'm glad my wonderful sis turned me on to this site. I'm motivated already!
