NEED HELP!
DO you have the atkins book? The bars are really high in carbs for the induction diet. I just check the carbs on labels. Drink lots of water and if you hate water like I do try zip fizz i like the pink lemonade, also some of the crystal light is good but you have to watch the caffiene the book says its a no no but I really like a little caffiene in my life so I drink the crystal light energy. but for me the exercize is what always works. my problem has been that I had knee surgery and I can't be as physical as I used to be. but sometimes just the every day stuff is more of a work out that you realize. try getting a pedometer and wearing it around the house. If you need a buddy I'm always here.

new food
I frequently get bored with my own cooking so I went to the deli......just to look and I found the most amazing dinner component . I got Italian sausage and pepper stuffed portabello caps. They were amazing not something I can eat everyday but so yummy.

I feel better today. 30lbs is not some unreachable goal and the scale has very little to do with weight its how my clothes fit. thanks for the veggie reminder I am not a big fruit person. I found pilates on demand so I did them this morning and I know it won't be instantaneous but I feel like I am at least getting started
