I don't know what is going on but i'm so hungry by 3 in the afternoon that i have to keep myself busy to get my mind off the fridge.It seems the more i eat the more hungry i feel.I don't want to change my diet as i feel really good at the moment so something must be right.i'll try fruit and nuts to get me through to dinner.

Broke my promise and weighed myself this morning.I don't know how but i lost a kilo.probably just fluid, but i'll take anything i can get.Finished with coffee and onto chai tea(black).My husband has totally embraced our new diet and even got up an hour earlier to exercise.I haven't received my diet books from WW yet so I really don't know if i'm eating properly or not.Any quick tips would be greatly appreciated.At the moment we are having homemade muesli for breakfast with 1 cup of chai.fruit for a snack, then ham and salad on rye for lunch with a small hanfull of walnuts,chai..tub of fat free yoghurt for arvo snack then fish or steak and salad for dinner..

My birthday yesterday, so indulged in all i have sworn off.. back into it today.. although my coffee intake will need to come down or stop altogether.Made my own muesli, vey beautiful and extremely filling.. even the hubby loved it..am not going to weigh myself till next friday.. i'll keep fingers crossed..
