weighed in 2 days early,couldn't help myself.
i have been excercising pretty hard and am feeling great.
spoke to my consultant and she told me i have to eat more!!i love this new life..i can't believe i messed around with the atkins diet for so long..

I'm loving this change of lifestyle,I recieved my WW package midweek so my plan is to save a few points from wed-fri and have treats on the weekend,so far so good.. made an excellent chilli & vege pie with an estimated points value of 5 for a nice size piece, yum...

I lost .6 kg.. i'm really happy with that considering what i ate and drank on the weekend.Next week will be a good indication of how this will work for me as my plan is to stick to it like glue.The only problem i have is being able to eat all the points i'm allowed.I am getting to the end of the day with 10 points left over and absolutely no appetite.I'm eating well, have stopped my coffee and am on to green chai tea with the tiniest bit of no fat milk.I don't eat bread,i don't have a sweet tooth,and the salad and veges i love are on the free list.The biggest change for me has been the meat and cream intake(leftover from the atkins diet).Im eating tuna instead, and have dropped the cream altogether,huge difference.I have also noticed that i don't "graze" anymore.The counting points has made me very aware of where my weight gain came from. Im a happy girl today..

Had a huge weekend with visitors. Went off my diet again, but not too much, had a few more glasses of wine then i would of normally had.Finally recieved my starter package and have been going through it and trying to decide which plan to do.I thought i may try the points plan and have started to write everything down.. Oh my god!! now i know why i put the weight on to start with.I'm a pig and didn't realise it..It will be good for me to know exactly how much i'm putting into my body.. I feel better already..
