I can't do it
I'd like to thank you all for your encouragement. I'm feeling like this because I know my weight, has now got to the stage where if I don't stop making excuses and playing at weight loss, it'll become an extremely series problem. Natalie, in my defence lolSmile I got to goal at WW 23 years ago. The weight has crept on over many years. I will also admit that since I reached my goal even when the weight slowly started creeping on, I haven't once had a week where i've followed a plan of any sort successfully. I will take on board all the encourageing words you've all taken the time to say and put them into motion TODAY.

Thanks
Diane

I can't do it
Why can't I do it? Sad I want to be fit and healthy. I need to be fit and healthy. But, I just can't do it.A good few years ago I was a Weight Watchers Leader. 3 Stone lighter than I am now.My moto was "You Can Do It" so Why can't I do it? It's really getting me down. I can't join a W W meeting again I've tried that more times than enough in the last few years. Knowing the in's and out's and why certain things are said make it un enjoyable and a waste of money.I love this app it's hot everything and more. I want to do it!Confused

Is your RDI calculated too high?
Thanks for that mummydee I've been on and found the RDI I was following was to stay the same. No wonder I'm not getting results. I need 1452 to lose 1lb a week. Not the 1800 i've been eating.
I know what you're saying shallula I agree. I will have to up my activity as well.

Is your RDI calculated too high?
I'm trying to work out why it isn't going to plan. My RDI is calculated at 1800. When I Google the recommeded calorie intake for someone of my gender, age and activity it's 400 calories less at 1400. Could this be why it's not going to planQuestion Has anyone else noticed that the calculation could be too highSmile

weighing everyday
Does anyone else weigh themselves every day? I know our weight fluctuates hourly and daily. But I like to weigh every day.
