Realized my scale's been pretty off, which has been skewing my results. That's a bit frustrating. I have taken up running though, and finally found out my body fat %, which is 18.2% bodyfat. Overall, I'm pretty happy, and I'd like to get to 17% in the next 4-6 weeks.

I've been eating better now that I'm home. I haven't really been working out, but I've been cleaning and cooking. I'm trying to eat less sodium and more fruit and chicken. Mostly I eat apples, chicken, rice and scrambled eggs. I feel better, and soon I'll be back to the gym. Mostly now, I want to get toned up.
